As part of our commitment to remain on the cutting edge of technology, we are pleased to announce that we will soon upgrade our billing processing systems. These new systems will help us improve our customer service to you, while enabling us to offer the most up-to-date services for making electronic payments. The upgrade will impact the electronic payment services you may be using at the Authority, as some of our systems will be temporarily unavailable for a short period of time. We want you to be aware of these changes and ask that you read this letter carefully to help ensure the transition to our new systems causes you as little disruption as possible.
The conversion process will begin right after the new year, and the new features will be available in Late January. In the not too distant future, we may begin offering electronic billing, should you choose to enroll. We ask for your patience during this transition and we will make every effort to minimize the inconvenience this may cause you.
